Wrong Number

It’s been almost a year now since we bought our house and moved. When we moved I switched phone companies and received a new number. This would be fine and well except that the people who used to have the number never forwarded or told anyone that they were letting that number go. The ratio of people actually calling the number trying to talk to me or my husband versus the people who used to the have the number is pretty sad. Yet again today having to tell someone else they have called the wrong number. :cellphone:

Couches and Cookies

Finally we picked out two new couches for the living room. We decided to go with two different types and let them play off of each other. The stitching in the leather one is the same color as the cloth couch. We had gone furniture shopping a number of times but just couldn’t seem to agree on anything or find what we wanted. Now we are just waiting for the leather one to be in stock and delivered.

At the end of last week I decided to bake some cookies. The chocolate chip pecan cookies turned out okay, nothing spectacular though. I think this week I will go back and make a batch of coconut cookies. I seriously enjoyed them.

Little Frequency just can’t seem to keep clean. After a semi successful trip to the litter box he had to receive a bath. :raincloud: He seems to have moved on from the experience though and was last seem playing with a bracelet.

Organize

Just got back from helping my friend organize her upcoming week. She is just about to release her first CD :cd: and go on a local tour.

Organizing things has always been one of my strong points and I love being able to help others with it. Now if I could just use this skill to find a job that would be amazing.

Not such a lazy Sunday

We finally got around to going to Home Depot to pick up gas containers and a new shower head. Then we came back and mowed the lawn. Next time I will make sure to have sunscreen and not to do it so early in the day. Having the sun blaze :fire: down on you when its 90+ degrees out just isn’t all that pleasant. It’s nice to have it done though, especially since neither of us are super outdoor people.

I have a great need for a snow cone but there just isn’t anywhere that I know of to get one. /cry
