Looking for a new house and job at the same time is so much stress.  Then add in headaches and lack of decent sleep.

We ended up passing on the one house we liked because of the flood it had in the basement a year ago.  We really just did not want to take the chance of having it happen to us.  I’m pretty sure we could have gotten flood insurance but who wants to deal with all that if they don’t have to.  Kind of sad though because we both thought the house was nice.  Which brings us back to looking at houses again.  Everyone keeps telling me to enjoy looking but all I can feel is the overall weight of this kind of decision.
